You're over-complicating it. Night Guy worked because it was Taijutsu. Onymoudon enhance TSB's only negate Ninjutsu. Kamui isn't "ninjutsu" in the conventional sense. You use chakra to channel the vortex through the eye but the actual space distortion isn't chakra. It's an actual connection to another dimension and it's not chakra, so the TSB's can't negate it.

Provide a manga scan for that. Because IIRC that only had to do with Onmyoudon. And Onmyoudon only was said to negate non-Senjutsu enhanced Ninjutsu. Edo Tensei is an example of a resurrection Ninjutsu (for lack of a better description) and that's how Minato's armed was basically turned to dust. I remember Gai being able to punch Madara's bodily Gudoudama and it working. But I'm open to being swayed if you can prove it.

Gai never came into contact with any Truth-Seeking Spheres. He forced Madara through, which is why it broke.

Nah it's not that simple. Taijutsu doesn't work on the truth-seeking balls. If one were to touch them the part of the body they touched them with would "disappear".

Kamui is space-time manipulation well I believe Onmyodon is something similar with Yin-yang release. Space & time are opposite forces like yin & yang.

The truth seeking balls can already negate ninjutsu before Onmyodon remember Tobirama's infinite explosions had no effect, then Sasuke's susanoo palm was deleted.
