Why Neji Is Now Fodder

If everybody is supposed to play some kind of part in this war, I'm thinking Neji will let out his hair and as the luscious locks float in the wind, Obito and Madara will be momentarily distracted. Maybe even the Juubi too because how can it miss with an eye like that. And the army will move in.
