Why Naruto's hands are bandaged!! Theory

I just gonna go ahead and cut to the chase. I've seen a lot of people stating that he is hiding his Yang Seal, but there would be no reason to hide it when people have already seen it on his hand (Guy, Gaara, Kakashi, Sakura, Lee). I think the real reason he is wearing the bandage is because his hand is damaged from sealing Kaguya.

I say this because we know that the sage and his brother sealed kaguya, and he had the same powers he gave naruto and sasuke. But if you look back at the sages hand you can see that he no longer has the a yang seal or yin seal on his hand.

I believe that when naruto and sasuke seal kaguya it will damage their hand somehow from the technique and they will lose their seals, which is why naruto is wearing a bandage.

My theory will be confirmed if we see another trailer that shows sasuke and his left hand being bandaged. This is all just a theory though.

Naruto seals Kaguya in his palm. The bandages are to prevent her from escaping/ keep her power in check.

But as far as the bandages, never noticed. Not really sure what to think and not 100% sure what the author means.

Yes, it is indicative that the Hagoromo powerups are temporary only, because if Naruto is as powerful (as he is right now in the Manga) in that new movie then what villain could challenge him? I doubt there's going to be an enemy greater in power/threat than Kaguya, then it stands to reason that Naruto and Sasuke's powers reverted pre-Hagoromo powerups, Naruto losing the Rikudou Senjutsu and Sasuke's Rinnegan reverting back to EMS.

its so weird for them to have these new powers only to lose them, especially if sasuke is being embarassed.
if the bijuu go free then it makes sense.
i guess these are just temporary end of game powerups to beat an op threat, then they revert back to ''normal''

It would even be weirder if they retain their godlike powers after the Kaguya threat is gone, and can you imagine Sasuke having the one-Rinnegan look for the rest of his life?

His Rinnegan is temporary, it is tied to his Yin Seal.

Naruto has to keep kurama in order to be on the same power level as sasuke. It would be awesome if he still had all the bijuu within him since they are all friends. Maybe he will give shikaku back to gaara.
