This has always bothered me that Naruto can dodge A, but not attacks from Obito(pre juubi). Why is it he can dodge this.
And not something as simple as this.
How's Obito keeping up with him? He's only about the same speed as Kakashi if the fight in the kamui verse is any indication. Here's the answer.
Naruto still can't control full speed, even though he trained. Think about it, he's only had a day or 2 of training. How could he adjust in that short amount of time? In fact, he was training to use less force, not to control his reflexes to better use his force.
By looking at a previous chapter 559, I found that Naruto still has trouble controlling his speed. Don't these 2 instances look similar?
The reason he's not using full speed is because this might happen again. He has to have a specific, horizontally level area to move in order to use full speed without crashing. This is also why he can't dodge head on attacks often. He can't tell where he's going, and with his speed, that can be fatal.
I think Biju mode might actually increase his reflexes as well since he can apparently move faster with control. Why can Juubito handle such speed? Simple, he has sharingan. It enables for high speed movement to effect a person less.
