i stumbled upon this thread.
and i thought it would be too old to post where the discussion on the thread was over. but if you hadn't seen that thread go click on it cause it makes sense why naruto will be hokage. because in the end i truly do believe naruto will be hokage in the end and that people say it'll be kakashi annoy me lol.
but not just the reasons in that thread. but when danzo and kakashi were candidates for being hokage they had a certain connection to the previous hokage that made them eligible.
but w naruto: Naruto is the son of the Fourth Hokage, who was the master of Naruto's current sensei, Kakashi, who was and is a hokage candidate. Naruto's master was Jiraiya who was a hokage candidate himself, one of the three sannin, the team mate and equal of the current hokage, the master of Naruto's father, and the apprentice of the Third Hokage. The third hokage was taught by the first and second hokage so by the transitive property, Naruto was technically trained similar to the previous hokage. Naruto has senju lineage in his blood so he is distant relatives from the 1st, 2nd, and 5th Hokage, and is directly related to the 4th hokage.

Naruto has the power and will to protect and save the village and everyone within it. People that say Naruto is still some goofy kid, that isn't true at all. He is currently leading the entire shinobi world i doubt the shinobi world would listen to a kid. He is becoming a leader which is a true aspect of hokage.
