Naruto won the battle no doubt. We all know he won the emotional battle by stopping sasuke and changing his heart hopefully.

But a lot of ppl are saying the physical battle was a draw. For me Naruto won the physical battle too as after their last attack Naruto remained conscious and sasuke was not which gives naruto a slight advantage. Meaning Narutos was a stronger attack than sasuke's or naruto is more resilient of the two.
