Not All the time wrong title, In Part 1 Sasuke killed Naruto several time. +How could you know that Sasuke can not control Kurama? Kurama is inside of Naruto even Madara can not summon him for this reason what's your point? However, in current condition yes Naruto would rape Sasuke with Kurama's power.

At the moment Sasuke has nothing to do Itachi doesn't want him to hurt the leaf and he clearly isn't strong enough to pose much of a threat to the whole of Konohagakure so he's like an infant pissed about having an early bedtime but unable to stop the huge parent from putting him in the crib, that is why Naruto>Sasuke even without him destroying him in battle.
