I think he just didnt try it on people who revived themselfs like Madara and Kaguya too (right?).
Only on those who are truly alive without revival.

Well we are not talking about Tobidara from one of his theory (wasnt always the same in his theories, so that gives me even more reason to ask who he means).

We are talking about Madara and why Naruto hasnt done talk no jutsu (tnj) on Madara.

I give the revival possiblity. Madara was revived.
Kaguya too. Naruto has not tryed it on an Edo too if memory serves me right.
So not using it on people who are revived beings, is a possibility.

Than all of a suddenly he throws in ''Tobidara hates tnj''. Which has nothing to do with the topic or my reply.
