True. Lord seventh is always nerfed but naruto didn't have enough bijuu chakra to use his mos powerful attack,the super tailed beasts rasenshuriken. Well,i don't blame kishi since sasuke would have died miserably,if naruto used it.

Who's to say Sasuke can't use Indra's arrow again? It's just ration manipulation like chidori chidori spear etc etc. And no that was Naruto's strongest technique also anyone denying that is bias.

OP, is right. At any time Naruto could recreate that jutsu or a stronger version. While Sasuke can only create that jutsu if he has all the tail beast chakra.



Naruto was nerfed more than Sasuke. The entire battle Naruto let Sasuke attack first than countered using just enough power to deal with Sasuke's attack.

Sasuke fought carelessly. He was complimented by Madara for his analytical behavior and was shown to have fought cautiously and intelligently against Kaguya yet he allowed Naruto obtain enough Natural Energy to stalemate him just because he wanted to bait him until Naruto was serious.

Sasuke was nerfed as well, maybe even moreso.
