Why Naruto is > Sasuke in battle strategy

Naruto was underrated from the start of the series.As the fillers show that it's because he wasn't talented enough to at least perform a shadow clone.Sasuke was way overrated from the start.But then Naruto showed a huge progress in his strength and battle wise.

The manga is in a state similar to the chunnin exam chapters.Where Naruto is way ahead than Sasuke.

1. Naruto was the one who came up with the idea to free Kakashi from Zabuza's water prison.While Sasuke didn't know what to do.

2.Naruto showed his battle skills when fighting both Kakuzu and Pain.He showed that and used his skills to the maximum when battling them.He fought them with his head.It's pretty impressive.

Sasuke is also a good battle strategist.He showed it against Deidara.But he isn't as good as Naruto.Why? He losses his cool and acts all emo.And his downfall is thinking that he's super awesome and invincible.

1.Sasuke didn't have a strategy to bring down Killer-Bee.He just went there with some pricks thinking to annihilate Bee with his MS.Then his ass was handed to him by Bee .He's only alive because of Jugo,Karin & Suigetsu.The battle was a failture. U_U

2.Sasuke went to destroy Konoha with Taka.Really?
It was devastated by Almighty Nagato-sama.Even though Konoha wasn't destroyed what can he do? Go there with another 3 guys and destroy it.Even Orochimaru can't do it with an army. :sy:
There are many people in there at that time including SM Naruto,Kakashi,Guy,Most of the Konoha 11,Tsunade and a shinobi army/black ops.Sasuke will be a dead man if he went there.He wasn't surely thinking from his head.
It shows that Sasuke let's his ego get to him and cloud his judgement.So he is sure to fail.

Naruto also had his tough moments in battle but he overcame them with his head.He won't ever do ridiculous things like Sasuke do.

anyways, the creator seems to suggest that they are equals or will be equals in some aspect. so . . yeah, they most likely will end up being on par with each other

I somewhat agree. After his fight with Itachi he hardly used strategies anymore. Althoguh I didn't see Naruto using strategies when he fought Pain. He spammed Rasengan like there was no tomorrow, but still got his ass handed to him. If it wasn't for Hinata, he never would've turned 6 tails.

Agreed on Sasuke being different after Itachi's death.And disagree on Naruto spamming Rasengan.He used a lot of strategies in that battle including SM clones.And how he brought down paths like animal,pretha & Naraka.

Sasuke isn't a battle better battle artist than Naruto.Naruto always surprises us with his attacks.He got the best clone combos and other combos.He doesn't use raw power.In the original series he only had rasengan and clones.Look how he battled and look now how he battle.He is in another level compared to Sasuke.

I somewhat agree. Sasuke seems to be losing his strategy prowess whilst naruto is displaying more and more. With that said it's not like naruto was ever bad at strategy, its just that naruto's strategies are very unorthodox and therefore seem flukey. Sasuke's were generally more logical so it seemed like he was better. But that was before sasuke got MS than strategy went down the drain. To illustrate my point
