[Predictions] Why Naruto is going to die

This thread is nothing more than an Uchiha fanboy who desperatly wants Sasuke to be the hero. No matter how many threads you make on the matter, in the end the manga is called Naruto.

I agree. The last two chapters make it obvious Kishimoto is clearly unwilling to kill any characters that aren't Uchiha.

The last 2 chapters...there's only 2 Uchiha still alive he brutally murdered off a clan of them earlier on in the series...so fail.

Wow,the thread maker is a glorified sasuke fanboy,becus,1.naruto has always mentioned even in pat1 that he will not die UNTILL he becomes hokage,and has been saved one way or the other by PNJ.2nd,kishi said he loves drawing sasuke,not sasuke being his favorite character.3rd,there's is going to be another arc,so naruto won't die off as easily as hopeless fanboys deem him.

Naruto is the main character, if he wasn't the show would've been called Sasuke or something else. Sasuke is ''a main character'' and not ''the main character'', meaning he plays a big role in the series, but he isn't as important as Naruto.

Another one really no matter how much you hate it the series is called Naruto not Sasuke...

Naruto is the character people most look up to in the series so I don't think Kishi will have Naruto go all the way through his hard work then die....sends out the wrong message.

Naruto isn't likely to die saving Sasuke so Sasuke can be redeemed as it doesn't make sense, if anything Sasuke will sacrifice his own life saving Naruto that will redeem him.

Believe it or not just because Sasuke is Kishi's favorite character it doesn't mean he's going to change the entire plot just so Sasuke can be the main character.

Reason One: It's unexpected



Okay obito XD its called a fantasy adventure and the whole overall arching theme is can love defeat hate ? Which is the best way to attain peace power or love ?

Reason Two: It saves Sasuke




This doens't even make sense everyone has yin chakra.Taking it away does not suddenly make you a nice guy lol

Reason Three: The prophecy doesn't mention that he lives or dies
Exactly so we will have to wait and see what his answer will ultimately be


The prophecy has nothing to with about kage that was his personal goal the prophecy deals with who will be the one to save the world.Are going to use "It doesn't state it so its not going to happen logic" ?

Reason Four: It's being foreshadowed

Nothing so far has foreshadowed naruto dying,



Reason Five: It's heroic to die

The act of dying itself is not heroic its the sacrifice of oneself in the face of an adversary that threatens others


This is your opinion.The series is called naruto the most impact naruto can have is if he proceeds to accomplish the prophecy and save the world like he is suppose to.

Kishi likes to troll us sometimes by throwing curveballs. Anyone foreshadow Neji's death? Itachi being good? Jiraiya losing to pain? Yeah, thats what I thought. So far it's NB batting 0 for 3.

Reason Eight: It's a Japanese manga

American fans can never accept manga endings from Japan. When GANTZ anime ended, I remember how pissed people were. When Spike died, I remember the shock on people's faces. When Lelouch died at the end of Code Geass, people were shocked. Yu Yu Hakusho, main characters dead. Death Note, main character dies. Evangelion, everyone dies. Huge troll ending. Hellsing. Sailor Moon. I could go on, but it's not needed.


When did it become know american can never except manga endings ? This is very backward logic and seems like your once again confused others with your very own personal opinion.

Naruto isn't going to die at the end of the manga, get that into your head uchiha fanboy. Naruto's death means all those who sacrificed themselves for him was for nothing

Plus everbody believed and trusted him. No way he could die.

The manga is simply about pursing one's dream and that's what Naruto is doing.

Lastly, the title of the manga is Naruto shippuden not sasuke shippuden so we couldn't care less what happened to sasuke

The latest chapter Neji clearly states that Naruto's life is not only his and people are willing to die for him. If he dies, neji's sacrifice would be in vain. Plus his mom and dad died so he could live..

honestly naruto would go from #1 Manga in the U.S. to most hated Manga if that happened, I reall can't see Kishi doing that, He has far more interesting options for throwing in curveballs and troll endings, I honestly believe it'd cause him to lose a huge percentage of fanbase and popularity, if he killed off naruto. It's so serious that ppl's love for his other projects would be affected.

Naruto is not going to die. Because if he dies then Kishi's favorite character has to die along with Naruto. Poor Kishi.

My opinions:

(Reason 1)I agree with it.

(Reason 2)Naruto learning RDS? I don't think so. Also RDS does not extracts the evil chakra from one's body. It can't distinguish among the good and evil chakra. [REASON 2 FAIL]

(Reason 3)The Toad sage never said Naruto gonna fight a kid in the future. Instead he said that he's gonna fight a young man on which Naruto interrupted in between and said that he knows. Also Toad sage asked him whether he knew about the identity of that young man or not, on which Naruto assumed it to be Sasuke. But that man was Obito. [REASON 3 FAIL]

(Reason 4)That arc was the decision making arc. The two heroes of the series who were confused about their destination were destined to fight each other through this fight. Why would Kishi decide to kill Naruto during Five Kage Summit arc when he was planning a World War. [REASON 4 FAIL]

(Reason 5)I agree with it.

(Reason 6)That would be sh*t if that happens.[REASON 6 FAIL]

(Reason 7)Kishi won't make any troll ending since he has decided how the end of Naruto will be. For trolling, there's no need to think so much and put lots of efforts in progressing to a trolling end. [REASON 7 FAIL]

(Reason 8) No chance. Anime is different than the manga. So whatever Americans or anyone thinks, Kishi is the one who will decide the end. He don't care about the anime. And that I understood from Sora's arc. [REASON 8 FAIL]
