First off we are talking Naruto's perspective. From his view and what he is aware of not the readers.
Obito:
-Killed Neji
-Insulted his father(not a crime) pretty lame excuse to hold a grudge.

Started a war w/Sasuke at his side. See 5 Kage Summit, Sasuke was the main event.
-Ruined Sasuke's life (how?). Danzo ordered the hit on his parents
Itachi was the lone known executioner. Nartuto has no idea Obtio was even there. All Obito did to Sasuke was tell him the truth.
-Led Sasuke down the wrong path. See Statement above. He was told the truth and chose his own path.
-Killed Konan. Naruto has no knowledge of this
-Misled Nagato. When Nagato died, he was the leader of the akatsuki. No one had a clue Tobi was pulling the strings. To this day Naruto is still unaware of Obito's relations to Nagato.

Killed his parents. This one i can give a personal view point. My father was murdered when I was 3 months old. Never got to know him personally. I hold no grudge against my father's killer. I would be super emo to be angry about something I never had. Rather like Naruto and many like me I wish i had the chance to know him.
So far Naruto has forgiven 3 crimes that he is aware of.
