Why naruto didn't use this ?

Naruto was able to use this jutsu on kurama.. why he didn't use it against the juubi ?
It would be usefull because he couldn't use his tails and they could strike easy.

Or is Naruto's form not that powerfull ?

More effective ?? the only thing he did is giving people kyuubi chakra. he could stop the attack if he used the 10 seal jutsu.

That's a different type of sealing jutsu I think. The Torii seal he used may have only gone as far as restraining the Kyuubi's will.

the thing is that jutsu may only be effective at very temporarily restraining the juubi.....we havent seen its duribility yet so it is to soon tojudge.

He cant use it, the only thing he to against the nine tails was to use the jutsu on his stomache to close this sealing thing.

I think - Because that 4 violet sealing barrier can be used by 4 hokage level shinobis. Naruto alone could not put such a powerful barrier. Also Naruto is not expert in barrier or sealing jutsus yet.
Kurama's 8 tiagram seal was put by Minato and Naruto has the key to lock/unlock it.

It is very simple. The seal he used on Kurama was on the Key written by Minato that he was given by the Great Toad Sage. So all he did was:
1) release the 8 trigrams seal using the key written by Minato
2) Fight Kurama and strip him of some of his Chakra
3) Re-Seal Kurama using the Torii seal which was already placed in the Key by Minato.
So he did not learn that Fuyin Jutsu (Torii Seal), it was already on the key.
He doesn't know how to use that Seal by himself.
