I constantly see people boasting one is better than the other, faster or stronger, but honestly it's quite simple.
Naruto has the tailed beasts chakra, the Sage powerup and a strong will. However, he tends to acts before thinking unless it's trying to make peace instead of conflict (IE when him and a villain throw hands for 2 seconds before sitting down with a cup of tea)
Thus, Naruto is obviously faster and with loads of chakra he's not gonna run out anytime soon. If he didn't have all this chakra however, he would tire out very easily. Under normal circumstances he can't endure that well (look what happened during Pain)
Sasuke has, the Sage powerup and the Rinnegan. He has the ability to teleport. I believe Kabuto healing him gave him Senju DNA? Above all, he's a strategist.
While Sasuke isn't as fast as Naruto, he endures much longer than Naruto and uses his brains in battle. He likes to get the job done and isn't as merciful as Naruto.
So both have their pros and cons, but at the end of the day, those balance out and puts them on the same level.
Why do I point this out? They still need to have their final battle. Unless something drastically changes for one of them they should still be on that same level when the time comes.
