yes, so?

if you are so very much that right, then why didn't he revive Yahiko? and what did he mean back then with 'i am still in time'?

That is a good point.. What did he mean that he was in time??
The only thing I can think of from the top of my head is that, all the physical bodies was still present, so he was in time.. But maybe those bodies would not have been available after sometime.. What do you guys think?

not sure, as he brought back people in Konoha who had been killed in the attack, not necessarily those who had been killed by him alone.

Since he has caused the attack, he technically killed them.

in that case he could had revived Yahiko as he had his body, all he had to do was remove the rods. even if that left some scars or Yahiko woke up with some nasty wounds, a healing session would suffice. i really think Kishi meant for rinne tensei to have a time limit (think of it this way: by adding to this kind of jutsu a type of limitation is not a bad thing), not so sure if Kishi is going to keep it though.

I was just seeing Tobi vs Konan fight..

He says that Nagato sacrificed himself using Rinne Tensei for Naruto sake and that it was supposed to be used for his sake.. It seems that he meant that the user dies after using this technique?

If so, then in the pain invasion Konan tells nagato that don't use the technique because he was low on chakra, but not because the user of this jutsu dies..

But then how would he have revived Madara?

so did Konan. either way you wanna call it: vagueness or plot hole, Nagato brought back all the recently deceased and though he did 99% of the damage some were not killed by him, but by his partner or all the buildings collapsing/collateral damage. the point is, how could he tell? he just brought everybody back to life.
