Even though I don't see your argument for why his tajutsu will be useless like bees, I will accept it. But then look at this:

Onoki creates a huge particle absorption. Madara obviously cannot absorb this even with his clones U_U it is simply too big to be absorbed... This goes for Narutos TBB too:

I'd say Narutos TBB is even larger than Onokis particle absorption. So this should prove why Nagato can't absorb it. It is also logic to assume a small person can absorb smth like this in the first place..

So I'm not saying Nagato can't escape it, but the "explosion" from TBB is also huge, and Naruto is much faster than nagato. He can definitely time it. Now I'm not saying that Nagato cannot repel it, but Naruto already proved that he can think regarding how he aims. Also Naruto can easier avoid the blast with his speed than Nagato. Narutos kuybi cloak even seems to withstand it with no problem at all. All he needs to do is make 2 with bunshins and shoot them after he repels as he at the same time surrounds him with SM clones on a scale large enough so they wont be destroyed by the first push. Also the scale of the explosion is great:
