Why most kunoichis don't have elemental affinity?

I really would like to know why in NarutoVerse most kunoichis don't have elemental affinity and always they will focus on MEDICAL NINJUTSU or minor jutsus. The main heroine Sakura was all about Taijutsu. Same with the Sannin Tsunade (plus Medical Ninjutsu).
Hinata just had Hyuuga techs. Tenten had kenjutsu.

I mean, even Rin who was a jinchuriki could just heal and Sarada who is supposed to be good at Fire Style is just recognized for Shuriken Jutsu.

I became so mad at the Indra and Ashura filler and saw this:

Sakura is medical, for Ino InoShikaCho was more important, Tenten has her own thing seeing how she is part of the martial arts focused team, Hinata is hinata >_> Kishimoto was purposefully shoving her into a corner till pairing events arrived, and Tsunade was always meant to be future Sakura

Temari, Kurostuchi, Pakura, and Mei all use elemental jutsu. Those are the only kunoichi I could think of. It should definitely be more though since almost every male character uses elemental jutsu.

Temari might be the most skilled wind style user. It's debatable though between her and Danzo.

Well, Kunoichi have accomplished some pretty damn awesome feats such as:

1. Tsunade receiving acknowledgement from Hanzo as she was renowned as a Legendary Sannin. Even Jiraiya was impressed by her combat ability and stated that her combat ability was unparalleled and her unique abilities ensured Konoha's success within the "Great War". She also became respected as Hokage, accomplished a feat exclusive to the God of Shinobi, her offensive power was respected by Madara, and Tsunade was implicitly acknowledged by Raikage.

2. Mei became Mizukage, effortlessly conquered Madara's Katon and was pivotal in Madara's defeat, her offensive capabilities were deemed worthy by Madara Uchiha, and became a wielder of two Kekkei Genkai.

3. Konan's percipience enabled her to decipher Obito's Kamui and her combat ability received respect from Obito. With prep, she nearly mutilated Obito and forced him to use Izanagi which was Rikudou's Power.

4. Chiyo possessed extraordinary combat ability as her fighting power was preeminent within Sunagakure (aside from Gaara), presumably concocted antidotes to combat Hanzo's poison, managed to fend herself within an era against Uchihas and lived long enough in battle to analyze a strategy to even fight them, demonstrated Fuinjutsu that could seal away an entire Bijuu, and forced Sasori to use his most notorious technique.

5. Kushina's chakra potency was so extraordinary that she was selected to house Full Kurama's chakra, possessed a sealing jutsu that easily contained Full Kurama and Karin, who only exhibited a mere portion of Kushina's sealing jutsu, played a pivotal role in defeating Spiral Zetsu. She also taught Minato multiple dangerous Fuinjutsu including Shiki Fujin that nearly defeated Orochimaru and sealed away half of Kurama's gargantuan chakra.

There's lots of accomplishments that Kunoichi have made in spite of their lack of elemental expertise. You just have to keep an open eye out for them.

If you think like that even Haku is better at Fuuton than Naruto.

She is. Versatility has a lot to do with skill. All of the characters we named are more skilled than Naruto with fuuton even though Naruto would stomp them in a fight with just fuuton since his rasenshuriken and rasenshuriken variants have far more raw power than anything the above characters have in their arsenal.

Edit: Actually I'm not to sure about Haku's fuuton techniques. I do know her ice kkg is water and wind though.

I don't know honestly. Databook confirms that most Kunoichi can use elements, but I'm not sure why most don't excel in that field. I'm perfectly fine with it regardless because Kunoichi were made to feature more pronounced qualities and characteristics rather being subjected to the standard norm.

Unhappily Tsunade is the weakest Sannin, Mei's jutsus were called kid jutsu by Madara. And by the way, Kushina and Mito could just tank Kurama, but didn't manage to befriend their Bijuu, what a lot of characters did.

It's quite a sad situation, because in an Universe where people aren't restricted to flying and exploding mountains, women can't get out of the real world reality for war in most times: healing and minor battles techs.
