Naruto, Sasuke, Obito, Madara, Kaguya, Hagoromo, Hamura, Momoshiki, Toneri, Kinshiki, Gai, Minato, Kabuto. They all have the capacity to simply avoid Itachi's attacks long enough for him to become fatigued enough for them to kill him. I mean in terms of of actually defeating him without stalling for time and waiting for his stamina to run out. There is literally nothing that can make it through the Yata Mirror and in that regard, none of them can beat him in a fight that doesn't involve waiting for his stamina to run out. Of course, stamina is part of a person's powers, and putting that into account, he is very weak compared to those mentioned above.

I just listed a bunch of characters I said would beat Itachi, including Minato. When I said Minato would lose, I was referring to Edo Itachi (though, granted, it's my fault for not mentioning it in my post).
