i know i'm an itachi fan but that doesn't mean that itachi is unbeatable..
but your analysis is just horrible..
itachi is not a dumbass who's gonna waste all of his chakra like sasuke to test out the fields and get out done.
the only one who runs in and tries to finish it would be sasuke.
itachi is good with his kunai's as well and can use them to deflect minato's kunai's but that wouldn't make a difference because he can still teleport to it..



the problem is.. we won't know who will win until the battle has been set.. which will never happen so we will NEVER know who wins in a battle.
they're both intelligent and has a mid range of jutsu.

Itachi can use genjutsu without his eyes. Remember, Utakata, his opponents need to merely look at his hand to get in his genjutsu. Anyways, I do believe that Minato > Itachi. Minato could just use the FTG and chop his head off... Although, I don't enjoy that sight @.@
