Minato has never fought a sharingan user this is a massive disadvantage as itachi is like...BEASTLY with the sharingan the sharingan will also help itachi track minato's movements. how will minato stop susanoo he can run all he wants but there is NO WAY he is going to be able to destroy susanoo. Totsuka sword is all it takes for itachi to win.

FTG's weaknesses are genjutsu and a great defense and itachi has them both therefore itachi<minato

With these assumptions, Minato could beat anyone. You forgot the fact that Itachi is a master with kunai. He could use amaterasu on one target with a great fireball cover multiple others while he kunai's another target. At some point he will get lucky. Plus the sharingan will instantly tell him where Minato's chakra has relocated.
