Theres absolutely no way his gonna hit him, and for people saying he wont people able to react to amateratsu, how the hell is itachi gonna use it on something he cant see. Itachi's Genjutsu & Tsukuyomi:
Minato avoids looking into Itachi's eyes. Minato avoids all eye contact via FTG. Itachi cannot get eye contact due to Minato's rapid movements - FTG.
Itachi's Susanoo:
Minato outlasts Itachi via FTG. Susanoo cannot hit Minato because of FTG.
Itachi's Amaterasu:
Minato avoids via FTG. Some people think Itachi can just use Amaterasu on all of Minato's kunai. Since when did Itachi have enough chakra to use this ability on 10's of objects? And then you still think he'll have enough to use these attacks on Minato? And if Minato puts seals on the floor or wall, you think Itachi will use Amatersau on these places? If Minato puts a seal on Itachi, what will he do, use Amaterasu on himself so that Minato cannot teleport onto him?

He outlasts Itachi with FTG. Itachi cannot keep up his impenetrable Susanoo defence for a long time because it simply uses up too much chakra. The moment Itachi is too tired, BOOOOM! Minato uses the simple Rasengan, FTG combo. So simple yet so, so effective.
Itachi has no way to hit Minato because of his FTG. Minato has a way to hit Itachi. Itachi's techniques use alot of chakra. Minato's techniques do not use alot of chakra. You work it out.
Alot of people will be unhappy with this. Heck, they'll probably even -rep me for this. LMAO. They probably think this is too easy for Minato; that's because it is. I know it's annoying that such cheap tricks can be so effective, that's why so many people have a hard time accepting the blatent, yet painful truth. Do you see now? Not every analysis of a battle has to be so complicated. When it comes to shinobi like Minato, the obvious answer is most likely the correct one.
you didn't tell what will minato hit itachi with u r only giving reasons how minato will run away from itachi.... and itach isn't gross like tobi / naruto / A he's a keen observant and a very good strategist if you say this i'll say the opposite that as this FTG is not a KG but simply a technique he can learn via his sharingan.... and do it all day like minato himself.....

hmm the part where he just bounces all around avoding eye contact to the point where he can actually touch him. hmm could possibly happen. but idk if its possible to even avoid eye contact. and block amatarsu if you cant see it. i dont know how good minato sensory abilities are compared to nagato's.

look at tobi sitting infront of those KAGELEVEL shinobi like a boss and no one dares to attack him when they saw raikage failed attempt to hit him. those shinobi got a lot of POWERFULL jutsu. same with itachi who dont dare to lay a hand on TOBI. while minato use only 2 simple FTG and Rasengan kicks tobi's ass

if you watch itachi vs sasuke you will notice itachi can use a very large amaterasu that would definatly cancel flying kunai. and amaterasu keeps burning and consuming more objects
itachi is profound with tai jutsu meaning even if you try not to look into his eyes he can flip and you can find yourself in tsyukuyomi. also itachi has other gen jutsu
on another note itachi is a genious ninja with a sharingan that will notice an ftg marking and be able to track ftg like tobi did.
thirdly the only known attack minato performs is rasengan which will leave him at the mercy of susanoo and itachi's susanoo is espeacially dangerous because of totsaka and only few people know that he has it
Itachi himself confessed that ..the person who is having the same eyes( i mean to say sharingan or M sharingan) as his or the person with kekei genkai ability can only defeat him...i think dis guy doesnt read the manga well...
