I think minato could take on oro. I know oro could just regenerate but as itachi stated that takes huge amounts of chakra and to say minato's rasengan is weak just look at the pic where he managed to land a blow on tobi. It wouldn't be easy but with minato's speed advantage and like 3 or 4 blows from rasengan oro would be out of chakra and no more rebirth. As for manda he'll do what he did with tobi break the contract summon gamabunta to buy him a little time teleport manda out of there and come back to the fight. I also think he could break control of the edo's because they are still like summonings after all. And i know oro would not just stand there and let him do this but if he could pull it off with someone as dangerous as tobi i think he could also pull it off with oro. And also in the manga i think (idk if im right) anko said if the 4th was there they wouldn't have a problem dealing with oro. And like i said it won't be easy. But this is just my opinion.

I think maybe Minato could have equaled Tobirama, he did exceed him in S/T ninjutsu, at least. But don't make it out that Minato is the second strongest Hokage. This is not true.
