Minato has nothing on Madara, no one does. Not at this moment.

He's been pulverizing every shinobi that challenges him. Not only that, but most of these shinobi could easily push Minato to extreme difficulty.

As for FTG, the creator of it who has extensive knowledge on Madara was unable to defeat him.

And as for the technique he used to hold down Sasuke, we don't know the mechanics of it. For all we know it actually keeps you from using technique's considering Sasuke couldn't protect himself.
