The reason why Minato (Yondaime-Hokage) is the best shinobi ever besides so6p. Kishi made it well known that even though he didn't demonstrate it, Sarutobi was greater than the previous Kages by saying that he was greater than all his predescessors. But Sarutobi afterwards passed the torch to Minato saying that he was better. Making Minato the best Hokage. Now, since Hasirama beat Madara and Madara can obviously beat any other shinobi as he is doing to the 5 kages now that means Sarutobi was better than Hashirama, the only one who passed Madara. And if Sarutobi admitted the fourth was better than him than that means The 4th is the best. Once again i just wanted to prove a fact, not a fan boy.
