He's a top 5-6 in my list. And when I say a list that doesn't mean only RAW POWER or RAW Chakra!
A list excluding ET, Kakashi and Kabuto
1. Obito.
2. Hashirama.
3. Madara.
4. Naruto.
5. Minato.
6. Nagato.
7. Tobirama/Prime Hiruzen.
8. Prime Hiruzen/Tobirama.

why add Tobirama in the list when he hasnt dispalyed any feat? i have no probs with Tobirama in top 10 but Nagato is atop Minato since i dont see how he will fare agaainst a rinnegan user.
Top five? Good one. Got anymore from your stash of mediocre jokes? This guy is severely over-rated on the simple fact that his feats are lackluster at best and less than mediocre at worst. His whole strategy is to 'flee' from attacks rather than actually confront them. Yet this base makes him up to be some kind of agent provocateur. What a lark.

minato overrated? nope. people tend to underestimate is abilities. most people don't know what he can actually do, therefore rating him lower than he actually is.
my top 10 with edo form.

6. nagato (kcm minato is too much for nagato)

I do believe that he's top 5 honestly. and I think a lot of people understatement him as a lot compare him to the like
of Itachi, Sasori, Kismae, Kakuzu or even A and B when he took both of them at once!
and for the Susanoo I think he can teleport it away, like he did to Hiruzen and Tobirama leaving his user in deadly
situationist. But, there are a lot of characters are overrated or underrated such as
1- people overestimate Hashi and think he's the strongest even though there is a clear statement that he's weaker
than Hiruzen, some of them go even further and think he can defeat all the Hokages together. lol
2- people underestimate Hiruzen even though there is a clear statement that he's the strongest Hokage konoha ever had.
3- Some overestimate Itachi and think he's stronger than Jman, even though there is a clrear statement that he's with
Kisame's help is weaker than base Jman.
and so on, and so fourth. That's why I always say that the fans' opinions have no value and you can throw it away
in the nearest trash. What is important is what the author tell us. Therefore, don't read to much into what the fans think. It's not important and cannot change anything whatsoever.
