What could he possibly do with it though? Minato has no firepower. His attacks cant harm Hashirama. If they do, his healing is the most impressive in the series. Madara with sage mode sensed Tobirama using ftg to attack. You dont think Hashirama cant?

And before you say it, Rinnegan doesnt enhance speed or body. He sensed him with sage mode. Which is what he also used to sense and Sasukes sneak attack. Also dodged Sasukes onslaught while blind. Hashirama could essentially dodge ftg easily
