Why Minato has KCM/BM (not a plot hole)

The third Hokage wasn't nearly as skilled with seals as Minato. Plus, it was Minato's original jutsu (which had only been shown once). With Minato's vast knowledge of seals (thanks to Kushina), he was able to pull off the hard task, while the Third had limited knowledge on it. You can't really expect the third to be on the same level as Minato (by knowledge of seals).
