Why Minato didn't use Senjutsu against Obito.

No, he didn't. He stated himself it takes too long. Almost instant doesn't equal too long, even by Minato's standards of speed. I previously believed he entered it really quickly, but that's impossible given his statement.

Minato said that he hasnt used sage mode in his battles, we know since we saw him against raikage and obito, both of which were battle of speed

When minato started gathering natural energy is unclear but i would say it was sometime after this page where he is listening to madara narrate rikudo's story and finish it [

Why would he dispel Sage Mode? He has no reason to. Not to mention I'm pretty sure that isn't possible, could have sworn you need to either enter another more or wait till your Senjutsu chakra runs out. Also, not gathering Nature energy doesn't matter as that is not what keeps him in Sage Mode, it lets him enter it in the first place.

I kinda felt it was the only way Kishi could have it hold validity. The way he explained it...... So I guess Minato can really only use it for about 15 seconds, or in short burst attacks. I'm glad he did explain it. Also he cant really use it in battle it seems and it was his very first time. I believe that's why Madara cut him down so easily.

I was slightly exaggerrating when I say instantly, but it definitely doesn't seem to take him long. Even currently, it takes Naruto up to about 10-20 seconds to enter sage mode.The longest I've seen him go sage mode in this war is against Madara when he used his rasenshuriken on him.

I can't say I didn't see this makeup for last time coming. It was the logical save on kishi's part and I would not have settled for anything less.

It's may not be doing any harm but it also isn't useful to him anymore so I dunno.

Naruto took a while to enter sage mode against Madara. Is weird because he's shown to do it faster than that while other times it's slower.

Still I can't see where Minato starts gathering senjutsu, there's no hint of him doing it at all until the actual page where he seems to do it in seconds.
