Why Minato didn't taught ftg to Kakashi?

Well,leaving the "new chapter vibe" for now, basically the title.
Why didn't he bother to teach him?Kakashi with sharingan plus raikiri plus ftg would be op i know, but idk why iy couldnt happen. Thoughts?

I always found it weird Minato didn't ask Kakashi to be his personal guard.

Instead he picked Genma and Raido and taught them FTG. Guess Kakashi was going through a mental crisis or something.
