Considering that base P1 Lee managed to move so fast that no one at chuunin exams could follow him, Gai wouldn't have any problems with dodging that.

Gai with gates (up to 7) defeats Sasuke high diff.

amaterasu isn't too slow. sasuke's sharingan would be able to keep up with guy. Guy isn't close to V2 A in speed. sasuke's sharingan would be able to follow guys's motion and thus Amaterasu would also.

A v3 susanoo got only pushed back by Hirudora. would hirudora be able to get its mouth around this beast? even if it did it wouldn't leave a scratch
