I'm probably the only one who thinks that Mei wins here, but oh well.

A is not blitzing her from 50 meters. He has to power up his shroud first, and even then blitzes don't happen from 50 meters away. She may not have many speed feats, but that doesn't mean that she is slow or that she doesn't have good reactions. She is a Kage level shinobi and kept up with the others against Madara.

Let's look at some of Mei's feats:
[ ] - she was able to cross the distance and cast a large suiton to protect Tsunade before Madara's Katon reached her, meaning she reacted and traveled the distance in a very quick fashion.
[ ] - she also chained 2 suitons together, showing she has great casting speed.
[ ] - And although she was the first of the Kages that would have been taken down by the Susano'o clones, she was still able to hold her own for a while, since a large amount of time was implied to have passed. And even then, I see it as her abilities were more disadvantaged against the Susano'o clones than the other Kages. We can see that the fist is partially melted, so we was able to cast acid mist to defend herself. And she was also able to react and block when her defense failed because of Susano'o's durability, which A lacks.

Given her ability to keep up with the other Kages, react and counter Madara's attacks and hold her own against 5 Susano'o clones for a while, it's highly unlikely that A can activate his v2 shroud and cross 50 meters before she can surround herself in acid mist - at which point A cannot approach her without dying. Once she has her defenses up, she can also cast hidden mist to obscure A's sight, adding additional defenses against his speed: he cannot blitz what he cannot see.

So when A cannot see her, he has to not only worry about acid mist leaking to his location through the hidden mist - a deadly offense that he can't notice until it may be too late - he has to also dodge large amounts of lava, which Mei can change the direction of her aim while firing [ ], and defend himself against 3 elements [ ].

I highly doubt that Mei cannot locate her opponents in the mist better than they can locate her, since it's her jutsu and she wouldn't use it otherwise. And her acid mist, lava and elemental ninjutsu all have large AoE, making it so she doesn't have to accurately target A and only has to target the general area. Dodging all of that when he can't see, as well as not wandering into constantly spreading acid mist, is going to eventually be too much for A and he'll lose.

In my opinion, Mei is actually a very bad match-up for A. She is one of the few ninja who has jutsu that are great counters to speedy fighters. Acid mist is a great defense against any close combat fighter, and hidden mist is a wonderful anti-blitz defense.

Mei wins with moderate difficulty.

Ay kills her before she fires hte KKG. a chop to the head sends her dead.

While I like Mei I just dont see her winning this. Ay's speed is simply too great for her to handle.

but he is fast enough to evade amaterasu. he is thus faster than an acid mist and chops her head off and A is a quick finisher unlike tsunade(another kage with similar strength) who is very slow. a chop to the head finishes her.he breaks her back in a wrestling fashion then .she is atleast close to death ie finished.

He can't cover 50 meters in a sec. Acid mist is a mist he can't avoid something that surrounds mei. She knows he fast so that's why she will do hidden mist justu first ( which she doesn't need seals for) then can follow that up with acid mist.

even then i odnt think raikage can be affected. it acts slowly and raikage can tolerate the attacks and all he has to do is killher which he can do with his hand.

It's true, I could see Mei winning. But at a higher difficulty then moderate, and when the distance favors her. Nice effort.

Now, how do you know he can't cover 50 meters in a second? Lee can cover about 370 meters in a second. You're saying Lee is faster than Ei? o_O

Well that's some awesome rubbish.

Interesting fact is that every single person Ay has gone up against in the manga has been able to see and react to his V1. V1 is highly overrated, only his shushin is eye watering fast, but he needs to charge that.
