I'm probably the only one who thinks that Mei wins here, but oh well.
A is not blitzing her from 50 meters. He has to power up his shroud first, and even then blitzes don't happen from 50 meters away. She may not have many speed feats, but that doesn't mean that she is slow or that she doesn't have good reactions. She is a Kage level shinobi and kept up with the others against Madara.
Let's look at some of Mei's feats:
[
[
[
Given her ability to keep up with the other Kages, react and counter Madara's attacks and hold her own against 5 Susano'o clones for a while, it's highly unlikely that A can activate his v2 shroud and cross 50 meters before she can surround herself in acid mist - at which point A cannot approach her without dying. Once she has her defenses up, she can also cast hidden mist to obscure A's sight, adding additional defenses against his speed: he cannot blitz what he cannot see.
So when A cannot see her, he has to not only worry about acid mist leaking to his location through the hidden mist - a deadly offense that he can't notice until it may be too late - he has to also dodge large amounts of lava, which Mei can change the direction of her aim while firing [
I highly doubt that Mei cannot locate her opponents in the mist better than they can locate her, since it's her jutsu and she wouldn't use it otherwise. And her acid mist, lava and elemental ninjutsu all have large AoE, making it so she doesn't have to accurately target A and only has to target the general area. Dodging all of that when he can't see, as well as not wandering into constantly spreading acid mist, is going to eventually be too much for A and he'll lose.
In my opinion, Mei is actually a very bad match-up for A. She is one of the few ninja who has jutsu that are great counters to speedy fighters. Acid mist is a great defense against any close combat fighter, and hidden mist is a wonderful anti-blitz defense.
Mei wins with moderate difficulty.

] - And although she was the first of the Kages that would have been taken down by the Susano'o clones, she was still able to hold her own for a while, since a large amount of time was implied to have passed. And even then, I see it as her abilities were more disadvantaged against the Susano'o clones than the other Kages. We can see that the fist is partially melted, so we was able to cast acid mist to defend herself. And she was also able to react and block when her defense failed because of Susano'o's durability, which A lacks.
