why many people think that Naruto stupid ?

Naruto is not stupid, its just people who cannot read the manga or do not accept his intelligence/way of thinking is slightly different from the traditional geniuses we are used to. However he is a genius in his own right who might i add rivals the well known geniuses in the series. His thinking pattern is different thats all

He's around choji,kiba and lee smart

Yet he outsmarts people all the time. Maybe it's just an act. Maybe he's just being silly. I think Kishimoto just gave him this personality to put humor into the show and into situations that wouldn't usually have humor.
