why many people think that Naruto stupid ?

He isn't stupid, just speratic and unorthodox. Sometimes he think things through sometimes he just wings it. He's not called the number 1 most unpredictable ninja for nothing.
If anything naruto's battle strategies are getting more intelligent whilst sasuke's are get less.

I wouldn't say he's stupid, he's actually pretty smart in his own unique way. Of course, he's not like Kakashi level of intelligence. Although, as the chapters go on, he's showing his smartness more and more.

I am a fan of Naruto but the dude is a thicko. Sure he has great battle smarts usually but the rest of the time he is just dumb.
Intelligence is not really that important for Narutos character though, he is dumb but friendly and caring.
