kishi still didn't explain us how madara was able to :

-survive death against hashirama...

-how he was able to controll mist shinobies and give nagato the rinnegan and controll rin...when he was old and attached with gedo mazo...

-how Madara lived in his cave and his absence untill his meeting with kid obito..

kishi still didn't explain us madara's body secrets engraved in the uchiha stone...wich is a mysterious mystery...

all these clearly requires madata's presence to explain them....also just let aplly logic..do you think Madara who was main villain is gonna vanish just like that all in sudden??...of course not....

-guys both itachi and madara himself stated that madara is invincible immortal....so plzz i mean comon...of course madara is gonna come back and troll kaguya..

OT: You are right for the first few points. There are still some unanswered questions. I'm still wondering why kishi didn't show tobi's face when he met with kisame, considering the fact that we know tobi's identity now (obito). What is he hiding?

I can kinda see madara comming back but not as an enemy, I think he is gonna join forces with naruto and co to defeat kaguya. These types of scenarios happen quite alot in shonens.

1. who knows who cares anymore
2. most likely Zetsu's did all the work since they can copy a ninjas chakra and skills
3. he was hiding because everyone though he was dead he would of died there alone had it not been for him unlocking the Rinnegan and summoning the gedo
4. the secret was the Rinnegan

no they don't Zetsu could explain all of them really do you think Madara is gonna come back just to go "and now hear my story of how I met obito/nagato/survived hashirama/found my cave" from a story stand point the time has come and gone for all of that now
