Why Madara will be on S06P Level

Not a fanboy just stating facts the only big thing the sage has is creating the moon which is a huge deal but people seem to forget that he has to start with that orb and if Madara can make a TBB on Juubi level it wont even finish without a doubt.

Yes im going there S06P overrated! And it's obvious he couldn't defeat the juubi all he did was try in seal it and then he spilt it

If Madara can become the Jinchuriki of the final form Juubi and control it's power, have the greatest form of Izanagi and be able to use it countless times and Rinnegan powers on a whole new level (Created the moon via chibaku tensei), then he will be close to Rikudou.

We can't really state anything, it's stated that Rikudou created moon by using Juubi.

Still sealing Juubi at full and complete form by himself is pretty much better than what Madara have done so far that goes against a tier 2 uncompleted Juubi.

So I will continue believing that Rikudou Sennin (Sage of Six Paths) will stay as the strongest person.

I believe if Madara becomes the host he will be at 60% of The Rikudous power imo. Atm he's at about 25% imo.

Rikudou senin will always be greater than Madara cuz Rikudou senin was once sealed the juubi and stated to have izanagi with his rinnegan and it doesn't stop here he has the strongest of all jutsu called "Chibaku tensei"which is said to created the moon. So no matter how much power does Madara acquires he will always be lower than SO6P or Rikudou senin hmm

once you become the jinchuriki of the juubi, he won't have to

its power is near limitless, so technically anyone being its host would have power equal to SO6P

the only difference is how well the utilize that power, and Madara has proven himself capable thus far.

Now is Madara on par with base Rikudou, as in before he defeated the juubi? Yeah he's pretty close most likely.

No, the Sage created the moon and divided the Juubi into the 9 Tailed Beasts when he was dieing... the Sage soloed the Juubi and has enough power to seal it.
