Why Madara knows Nagato.

The only logical explantation to this would be, that Tobi must have been from the future, and while Madara was still alive, Tobi introduced him that there will be a boy named "Nagato" that will revive him after many years.

That, or Madara itself can move between Time Continuum. But since the future was changed by Naruto and Nagato died, there were no options anymore to revive him with Nagato's Rinne Tensei.

Im sure kishi wont introduce time travel in naruto, it will complicate things even further there will so many paradoxes and so hard to explain them without messing up the story.

Time Travel will be introduced when Tobi will state he's Future Sasuke <_>
Currently, everything is possible. If Tobi can move between dimensions, then we certaintly don't know the full extent of his abilities yet.
