Why Madara didn't mention Kaguya?

Considering he always mention Hashirama killing him, and sometimes even laments how betrayed he felt when Hashirama backstabbed him, I must say I find strange that in his last talk with Hashirama he didn't say something: "Oh, what a fool I was to trust BZ, and Kaguya really is a monster exactly how it is explained in the Uchiha Stone...", "I saw her heart and how twisted it was compared to mine...."

I don't understand why the part of analysing Kaguya was left to Naruto:

Shouldn't Madara have said something about Kaguya's personality, heart, and how it was related with his own ways and defeat?

We don't even know if Madara was conscious during the battle with Kaguya. Even if he was, he is pretty much more cruel than if not equal to Kaguya. If you're talking about him being able to see into her heart and memories, well that just seems too farfetched.

But don't you think that it was bad writing Madara not mention Kaguya's goals and memories, specially when he was inside of her? I mean, he followed her ways his entire life.

This. They was nothing to really say about it. What Madara intended was completely different from Kaguya as Naruto and the Sage said.

Madara has been compared a lot of times to Kaguya, specially by Hagoromo.

However I agree that Madara was against using Infinite Tsukuyomi just for power purposes.

What the Sage said about Kaguya is discarded as the truth about her is accurate as stated by Black Zetsu.

The Juubi was Kaguya.

Madara's great weakness I think is exactly this one: he kept stumbling in the darkness of the world, and one day he was caught fully by it.

madara was not apart of her she used him as a vessel to emerge free she was inside of him not the other way around remember while naruto and sasuke was battling her the sage reemrged from his lower half it would be better to say that she knew his heart

Yes he is. Kaguya is, for the most part, emotionally detached and just kills to reach her goal, even though she was shown crying at one point. Meanwhile, Madara has been shown to not only kill to reach his goal as well, but also be manipulative and torturous. He is more cruel because he goes out of his way to inflict more emotional and physical pain, and enjoys doing it.

It's the same thing. Kaguya and Madara both would be putting them in an infinite dream, but Kaguya turns them into White Zetsu unbeknownst to them, which doesn't really make it more cruel. You also have to add that Kaguya didn't even use Infinite Tsukuyomi on every single person like Madara did.

the only real chink in his armor was him assuming Black Zetsu was his creation, not supposedly stumbling in the dark. If he stumbled in the dark, he would've had regrets about the road he chose like Nagato, Sasuke, and Obito did, and he didn't.
