Why Madara did not kill a randome senju member to obtain Rinnegan?

Hashirama's cells>Senju cells, also Hashirama's cells are helping them control the Juubi.

hashi could suppress bijuus, that's why

^ this is why. mokuton can suppress bijuu which is very handy, plus I'm not sure he knew he would awaken the rinnegan considering it only happened in his old age...
