why madara cant use meteor again?

i saw many thread that saying madara cant use the meteor due to plot jutsu but that not true...

there is a reason why madara didnt used the meteor in his fights:

1) madara vs 5 kage : he wasnt serious he was just playing with them cause he wanted to check his new powers...

2) madara and obito vs naruto and bee: the gedo mazo was there and the meteor would destroy him also obito could avoid it and seal him while he is recovering he couldnt take the risk... also just like when naruto bee and itachi fought against nagato... a few tailed beast bombs and the meteor would have been destroyed !


3) jubito vs all the shinobi : madara is the alliance enemy too ... some one like tobirama or minato can avoid the meteor due to the FTG jutsu and than seal him...

people complain that naruto spams rasengan but want madara to spam that meteor tech?

Why hasnt he used it? Because it would be borting over and over again AND how are the alliance gonna block it continiously?

"The juubi could spam bijuu bomb" and destroy the alliance in seconds? Wheres the fight? The drama and suspense? Everyone wants so bloody mucj but forget that this first, has to be added to fit the story then drawn up.

Plot no Jutsu. Madara really don't care about anything happening with him or done to him by Kishimoto or Hashirama or Obito or the whole Shinobi Alliance.

It's mostly plot, though Obito stated one time Madara wasn't using his arsenal because he is afraid of killing Obito, whom he needed for Rinne Tensei. And now Madara has his hands full with Hashirama, using things like the Perfect Susanoo, which is probably stronger than the Meteor anyway.

Btw, was it ever stated somewhere what this meteor technically was? It seemed like a pretty op Bansho Tenin (the deva path tech of attracting things), but he seemingly used it through his Susanoo, so...
