We all know Sasuke is currently the Sage of the sixth path (Alive) in the Narutoverse .Sasuke have a Hybrid of both Hagaromo and Kaguya rinnegan powers which grant him unlimited knowledge and skills mastery.
The image below show the rinnegan user can create stuff (Sasuke have both ahura and indra chakra).
Nagato,a rinnegan user can use any jutsu he desire.Nagato was not even a uchiha,but accomplish did well with rinnegan.I sure a uchiha can reach cross these potential barrier a non uchiha achieve.
I dont know why Kishimoto (since he the writer) or Sasuke himself create a revival jutsu Uchicha clan.The reason why i stated Sasuke can create a revival jutsu because he good at making variation of jutsu from a main jutsu he know.For example Sasuke Amatersu mandLightning release .Sasuke dont need to use rinnegan rebirth jutsu ,which cause the user to die.
When Sasuke revive the uchiha clan,he can simply carry the entire clan to kaguya dimension where they can live peacefully with no more envy clans/vilages trying to wipe them out.Current Sasuke have hashirama dna inside his chest,he possibly can perform mokuton to create different tree varieties in Kaguya's dimension that can adapt to the elemental condition .As a result,the tree will provide food and resources for houses,and wildlife to live.
I know some of you Sasuke haters will say Sasuke will not perform Mokuton because them manga have not show him performing the jutsu.However,Sasuke rinnegan can merge his earth jutsu and water jutsu to create mokuton naturally,hashirama dna (since it embeded in sasuke bloodline) will serve as a catalyst to mantain the skill.
As a result,Sasuke will be the ruler of Kaguya's dimension with the uchiha clan ,as well as protect the shinobi world when needed.
