Why kushina was not revived?

What you said there was completely false. Not every dead ninja was revived, and not having graves was not really such an impact.

Sakumo was said to be stronger than the three Sannin he has a grave and yet was not revived.

I believe the line reads "his power was said to have even surpassed the three sannin in his prime". Probably depends on the translation though. Not sure what chapter it is in.

EDIT. So it is in chapter 240, page 17. Depending on the translation it either says "his power surpassed" or "had respect on the same level as the sannin.".

That's what I don't like about Edo Tensei- its too hax, kishi had to nerf it just in order for it's user to be beat.

Why did kabuto fight by himself? Not alongside Edo Tensei summons?

Why not revive Uchiha members? Might Dai, Mito, Kushina, Mikoto etc...
