[Theory] Why Kurama is the strongest Bijuu

His specialty is TBB.

Naruto was able to make sand rasangan and lava FRS from those two Bijuu special abilities.

But Kurama's special ability is clearly TBB seeing the FRS made from Kurama's chakra isn't element based but TBB based.

In fact, in the manga, we haven't seen Kurama use any elements whatsoever.

But TBB is the most powerful Bijuu ability, making Kurama the strongest.

His TBB isn't what makes him the strongest, it's his chakra, he seems to have more than all the other Bijuu. It doesn't seem like Hagoromo divided the Juubi equally.

Id say its because first he is or was till recently, a mass of hatred. That hatred made him grow bigger than the rest of the Bijuu. He could also be Yin-Yang release based just on the fact that it was said during the time naruto first obtained KCM, that life force was overflowing. This is Yang release and we are now probably going to see a bit of Yin release.

You know maybe you're ot completely wrong. The fact is that in the last chapter naruto asked Kurama for help and he created a TBB rasenhuriken while in Son Goku's and 1 tails' cases, the created attack had to do only with their affinity.

I think Kurama just has the skill of being able to sense negative thoughts and emotions.

As for the TBBFRS, perhaps Naruto had to sync his chakra with Kurama just perfectly enough to be able to add his wind nature to the TBB. We've seen how hard it was at first for Naruto to use FRS that he had to have 2 clones help him. Naruto had even more trouble with the TBB at first. So Kurama could be acting as Naruto's clones had in helping to add the wind nature.
