Guys this is crazy ok. This is not just some kishi stuff that he just put out of no where you really have to look naruto deeper to understand this
Ok have you ever wonder why konoha has the best eyes(dojutsu) ninja's, Kage? Even jutsu, even the worst they got it, even the vallains.
1.Because all of this! They believe in the will of fire, will of fire that the key to peace is love means that the entire konoha is like a big family unit and every konoha shinobi that believes in the will of fire believes, cherishes, and fights to protect the village this is like their spiritual stuff. We've seen this to kid obito who believes in kakashi, who loves Rin he has the will of fire in him that burns, even madara I think he's the first one to really believe that the key to peace is love from hashirama but he thinks that hashirama was being naive to this.
2,Hokages
People who believed in this became so strong, like the third hokage who I think deeply believes in this philosophy that he was now knows the strongest hokage. (He was been underestimated but I think if you believe in this will of fire thing you will really see why the third is really strong)
We've seen how minato displayed the will of fire when he saved kushina to the ninja who kidnapped her. And minato said that she believes in her that she loves her. Same thing how minato see's the village just like that in which he pass down to naruto

Was passdown to naruto he became the hokage because of it he surpass the other hokages because of his own will of fire that was pass down to him by his parents

Konoha was most feared because of this when they are in war other villages see's them as one. One for all, all for one. Konoha was the first village That's why they are feared because they see that they really care for each other and probably other villages did the will of fire thing to they were influenced by hashirama ideals of peace is love.
