Why Konoha didn't give a damn about Uzumaki village and let them to be destroyed ?

They were allies through blood. If I'm not mistaken they were destroyed during Hiruzen's reign. I think after Senju leadership ended in Konoha, Hiruzen didn't want to put his neck on the line to protect them.

Hashirama and Tobirama babysit the Uzumaki's because they were relative but Hiruzen had no real obligation to them. He just took Kushina to insure they have a useful jinchuuriki, and after he got what he needed there was no need to fight for them.

I'm sorry for being objective but Konoha was strongest of the 5. And they let their 'ally' got destroyed. This shows they didn't give a damn about them.

um Mito was chosen to be Jinchuriki because the Uzumaki were the only clan in the village with a strong enough life force to surpress the Kyuubi chakra.....

.....plus the bijuu seal used to make Jinchuriki were created from Uzumaki sealing jutsu. Also we don't really know if the Uzumaki were destroyed during Hiruzen's reign ( though you are probably right in this)

Only one destroyed partially was Uchiha which was due to Konoha's orders. Senju isn't destroyed, they were just fodders and didn't get a screen time bar hokages.

Uzumaki wasn't Konoha's clan, it was separate and their home was Konoha's ally yet got destroyed. They only had Mito(Hokage Wife/Jin), Kushina(Hokage Wife/Jin) and Naruto (Hokage son/Jin).
Konoha didn't protected them despite being the strongest of the 5 villages. This shows they didn't cared about them because they already had a Uzumaki Jinjuuriki and they didn't find it necessary to risk themselves to protect other useless Uzumaki's.

If it was something like Pain's attack on Konoha/ Jinchuuriki using Bijudama...then there's not much konoha could have done.

The eddie village was quite far from konoha iirc. We really don't know the details of how they got attack. They could've been caught by a surprise attack and whoever attacked them left before konoha shinobi arrived.
