GOD DAMN IT. He let Obito die and then he brings him back from the dead to give Kakashi his eyes. That is something he should have done before he told Naruto to become Hokage at all costs with his epic face. But wait, now KAKASHI is going to become Hokage because Obito said he would be sixth and Naruto the seventh!!! BUT WAIT, wasn't Kakashi already elected for Hokage then it turned out that Tsunade recovered from the coma???? Will Tsunade just resign then??? From my knowledge, Hokages don't have terms and are in the seat until they die, much like a monarch. It's like he always goes back and forth and can't make up his damn mind and it looks like we'll have another arc of Naruto (yay... :|). This manga is like a rough draft frankly.

Oh yeah, what about Sausage then? I thought he wanted to become Hokage???? Well we all know he sucks anyway so that dream was bound to fail from the start.

It was blatantly obvious that they were going to make an impatient, unlearned 17 y/o the Hokage and it was always obvious Kakashi would be Rokudaime.

And your understanding is very poor because Hiruzen stepped down when he was in his 60s so that Minato could take the seat.
