Why Kishimoto restrict Kamui so much like that?

I don't know if you've noticed it, but in almost every fights where Kakashi enter, Kishimoto never try to show us how Kamui could work against an opponent since Deidara(and it was a while ago, when he couldn't control this jutsu).

I don't know why Kishimoto every time forget to use this jutsu. Even if it fails at the end, i think it's really better to see how it works.

It's maybe one of the deception i have when i look at the character Kakashi. It's always as if he has the most powerful jutsu in NU, but we can't see it working as well, it's restricted and i don't know why. Sometimes i even ask myself then "why did he received a jutsu like Kamui if it's that useless?"

its not that useless, its just that he uses it against opponents who wont allow him to use it on them without a fight.

dude he alrdy showed how kamui works, it only works on targets coming at you in a linear motion, since its warps you moving around and moving fast will negate the effects of kamui.

this is pretty much common sense since you have to actually be able to see the person or attack to warp it, just like how you have to aim to use amaterasu

also kakashi is pretty much useless after he use it
