First of all,you think Kisame can absorb Minato's jutsu with his speed?
k then lets talk about the Tsunami thing,you thing Minato would use some marking jutsu that is erasable? if that's the weakness,how simple is that? every enemy of his would go around and destroy the mark already,so Minato wouldn't use some kind of marking that is breakable
k even Kisame can absorb his chakra,Rasengan isnt his only jutsu,it is the jutsu that he created
