Kisame is extremely underrated. He has the ability to beat every bijuu besides Naruto and the Super Shark Bomb is one of the best techniques in the manga. SSB solos Itachi's Susanoo. The only reason Itachi would win is because of his knowledge, skill, and Tsukuyomi.

Kakuzu? Sasori? Gaara? They all fall before the Tailess Tailed Beast.
