Why Kisame > 2nd Mizukage

1. All of 2nd Mizukage's Jutsu is based on water and oil combination

2. in order for him to create bubbles he needs the proper mixture of the 2 components, example oil to water ratio

3. with Kisame suiton or water release, he can easily disrupt the water to oil ratio and this will result to
2nd mizukage not making any Jutsu at all.

Example If you add more water to this toy, can it still make bubbles? NO

Jokie Boy is still made of oil and water, like i said it's still a bubble just waiting to pop.

if Kisame use dome of water the mist will be pushed back and this will expose the location of the clam.

No. I'm pretty sure Utakata could give kisame a run for his money. He'd loose, of course.

2nd Mizu's bubbles are anime only. Also, if it was a simple matter of disrupting the oil-water ratio, it wouldnt work anyway. it would just make joki boy bigger.

Kisame has water techniques primarily but 2nd Mizukage has Genjutsu plus water techniques. Also his giant clam and Jokie boy techniques are really dangerous. So it will be a high difficulty match between these two. But personally I feel 2nd Mizukage is little bit stronger than Kisame so 2nd Mizukage will take it with great difficulty.
