[Theory] Why Kenpachi Cannot Attain Bankai

i don't know whether he has a bankai or not but assuming this is the last arc i want all the main characters to show their full powers means i want to see their bankais and when i saw kenpachi releasing his sword i thought yes he may reveal bankai soon......

For sure if he get bankai would be not so interesting , to fast for him , since before he even not knowed the name of hes own sword

It is not the same way here, because Kepachi sword was in his release mode always. So this thing does not apply for Kempachi.
He could achieved bankai level and I believe he has obtained bankai level.

Kempachi is not a regular Shinigami.

With the sword activation this chapter, I have never seen an instance where a captain had to call a release command (other than the traditional "Bankai") to use the Bankai.

There is but one Captain I've seen who had to call a release command other than "Bankai" to use their Bankai and that was Retsu Unohana. Her release command was just the name of her Zanpakuto though.
